Q: How about your quality? If any defective, is there any compensation or what can you do for me?

A: Most of our workers have more than 10 years experiences in our workshop on TV products.  Engineers and sales engineers are all experienced more than 10 years, all LED TV will test again and again to sure the quality before shipment. and 1% spare parts for free for one year guarantee.

If any defective, please take multi angle photos of the defective as evidence, then send the whole machine including defective parts or unforced broken parts back to us, we will repair it FREE. Another way, the defective will be compensated in the order after the defective sent back.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Usually, for a 20GP order, it’s 25 days from deposit received. In urgent condition, 10 to 15 days.

Q: How about your capacity?

A: We have 5 products lines; daily capacity is 2,000 pcs. Your cargo will be fast dispatched in our warehouse. You can receive the cargo in time.
